Solcon
Solcon is a traditional soy protein concentrate that can be used in meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian applications, by spice blenders and in nutritional meal supplements. Solcon is also used in a number of unique fermentation and biotechnology processes.

Solcon 97% <150μ
Solcon F 97% <75μ
This product is accepted by FSIS under USDA regulations governing meat and poultry inspection.
Solcon is also available vitamin fortified, complying with USDA-FNS requirements for school and other nutritional programs (Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamins B6 and B12, Pantothenic acid, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper and Potassium).
Solcon G
Solcon G is a semi-functional soy protein concentrate applied in meat by manufacturers and by spice blenders. Both products are processed following a unique method designed to remove soluble carbohydrates and other anti-nutritional factors. Solcon G also improves water absorption characteristics.
