Each Solcon S product is designed for specific customer requirements in meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian applications. Following a unique method designed to remove soluble carbohydrates and other anti-nutritional factors, the protein molecules are dried to preserve the highly functional properties. Solcon S is manufactured in two Solbar facilities: Ashdod (Israel) and Ningbo (China).

Solcon S is also available vitamin fortified, complying with USDA-FNS requirements for school and other nutritional programs (Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamins B6 and B12, Pantothenic acid, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper and Potassium).
