Solbar’s Trititex® range is made from wheat protein and wheat flour, with a minimum protein level of 65%.

Trititex® textured wheat protein is available in various shapes and sizes. When rehydrated, it delivers a fibrous, meat-like texture with excellent moisture retention ability and mouthfeel.

Our versatile and highly functional Trititex® range is ideal for meat alternative, meat extender and protein enrichment formulations, to meet vegan and vegetarian requirements.
