Solfla® Toasted Soy Sauce Flake
Solbar’s toasted soy sauce flakes are derived from soybeans, usually through degreasing and high-temperature desolventizing treatment to remove impurities.
Product Introduction
Through a dual process of peeling and purification, our Solfla® toasted soy sauce flakes are available in particle and/or flake form, and offers a minimum protein level of 46%, with low fat content.
Solbar’s Solfla® products are yellow or light yellow in color, with typical natural soybean odor. They are loose flakes or particles, uniform in size, with low impurities and no caking.
It can significantly improve production efficiency and shorten fermentation time to 15–30 days, making them ideal for cost-effective, large-scale production and meeting high standardization and industrialization requirements.
