Solbar’s Pisumtex® range is made through natural biochemical separation method and extrusion process, and with protein level from 50% to 80%.
Pisumtex® textured pea protein is available in various shapes and sizes. Once rehydrated, it simulates the fibrous texture and bite of a variety of meat products.
Textured pea protein is also economical and highly functional in meat alternative applications. It provides meat-like texture with chewing characteristics and appearance to plant-based meats.
